A childhood photo of B.A.P.‘s Jongup has surfaced online. What’s causing talk is how adorable and rebellious the young Jongup looks.

Shared during a interview, Jongup’s photo from his younger days has netizens jokingly calling him the “YMCA bully”. Because of the YMCA track suit he’s wearing and the bag that’s carelessly slung over his neck, the nickname does seem to come across as fitting. Although he was only five-years-old at the time, the aura he’s giving off would make anyone think twice about crossing him on the streets.

In the interview, Jongup discussed that advancing into elementary school was the hardest time in his life, revealing, “I remember throwing a tantrum because I didn’t want to go to elementary school, but eventually being pulled there by my mom. I don’t know why I hated it so much then, but I decided to give it a go after being bribed with a character backpack my mom bought me.”

Fans commented, “I’ll buy you a character backpack so please come get married to me,” “Your eyes were so big when you were little,” “You had an intimidating aura as a child,” and “Jongup oppa has such an innocent take on life.”

World star Rain, JYJ‘s Park Yoochun,Big Bang‘s G-Dragon, Lee Min Ho, andB.A.P‘s Bang Yong Guk have been battling it out on a recent online community portal site for the best, sexiest collarbone.

On May 22nd, a user uploaded a post titled, “Which male celebrity has the sexiest collarbone?” onto a community portal site, drawing the attention of many fellow netizens and bound to melt the hearts of fans everywhere.

Photos of one of the five hottest celebrities were uploaded onto the post, each with captions underneath that read: “G-Dragon, owner of sexy collarbones“, “‘Boys Over Flowers‘ Lee Minho is not only handsome“, “Perfect in every aspect, Rain“, “Park Yoochun has the collarbone every female wants“, and “Bang Yong Guk’s sexy cross-shaped collabone“.

The post has been spreading rapidly on the internet, garnering over 100,000 views in less than 12 hours since its upload and earning the title as the “best post” on the portal site.

Netizens that came across the photo each tossed in a vote by leaving comments such as, “I want to swim in G-Dragon’s collarbone“, “Rain is perfect in everything“, “Bang Yong Guk. His rap is daebak and so is his collarbone“, “I vote for Lee Min Ho“, and more.

The Facebook page of B.A.P‘s official mascot Matoki has opened.

The Facebook page contains photos of the Matoki bunnies and it seems they’re starting a new “Earthventure” comic series.

They also shared a photo of bunnyShishimato with Bang Yong Guk and a short video clip of Shishimato introducing himself.

There’s some potential for Matoki merchandise in the future, there could be some demand from B.A.P fans who would love to get their hands on Matoki merchandise.

So i finally met Daehyun!
Went to my first MCD! recording for B.A.P’s Power today…it’s really very tiring and I really don’t feel like repeating the whole story of just rotting there whole day and in the end, watch them for 5 mins. haha. BUT! it’s cool to watch the live show as you can see many other artises too..! Like Infinite, Taetiseo, 4 minute…they’re gorgeous!!
Just skip the time to my happiest moment in fandom…!

I finally met Daehyun and talked to him! So the moment i saw him, i went “Daehyun-ah..I’m XXX” (he already know my name beforehand since Tadah and the SG Fanmeeting..) and he turned and went “Orh..!” (i tell you, he seems to be in such a good mood and looked happy to see me!) I don’t really know what else to say…as there were other fans around too…so I just immediately reached out my hand and though his hands were busy collecting gifts, he also stretched out his hand to shake my hand..!!! (OMO!!!! you don’t know how happy i am!!!) and then I quickly passed to him a packet of grape flavour-ed gummy sweets. keke^^ 

The boys (Youngjae, Himchan and him) went into the van and I was just staring hard at the window, waving at nothing..but hoping he will roll down the car window..and yes he did!!! He rolled down the window and looked at me, said “you came from SG?” and I went yes yes!! (but again, i’m too excited to continue anything in Korean..T^T) and before the van drove off…he called out my name again (as if he wanna make sure one more time) and waved byebye..~!

LOL…END OF MY ACCOUNT. I’m the happiest woman in the world at this moment..!!! YEAHHH…i love you so much Daehyun ah~!!!!
Really really hope to talk to you again during the fansign…oh pls..select me pls…T^T

[NEWS] Zelo complaints about his ever-growing height? Is it a good or a bad thing?

B.A.P‘s  maknae, who is also the youngest male among all the idol groups, Zelo has complaints about his tall height.

Born in October of 1996, 15-year-old Zelo revealed in a recent interview with one of Japan’s biggest newspapers that he “would like to stop growing” when he was asked about a “personal hope.”

Zelo’s profile says his height is 5’11.5″ (182 cm), but he’s been growing even more since his debut and is now 6 feet (183 cm) tall.

He shared, “The hospital told me my growth plates are still open.” Despite his complaint, he wrapped up the interview sarying, “Actually, I think I can be able to express more with a taller height so I’m excited.”

Currently, B.A.P is promoting their second single album, ‘Power‘. The group successfully finished fan signings, which began last weekend, in Seoul, Daegu, and Busan. On the coming 19th, they are planning to hold a fan sign event in Incheon.

Who’s ready for that new bad boy look?B.A.P‘s newest hit,‘Power‘, has arrived just in time bringing that “too tough to die” attitude and continuing their strong and aggressive image.

[NEWS] Battle of the Mascots: B.A.P’s Matto V.S. VIXX’s Robot!

New idol group VIXX is likely to go head to head with B.A.P in the battle of the mascots. On May 16, VIXX revealed a teaser video of their debut album “Super Hero.” In this teaser video, a robot face is used as a symbol for VIXX. As a result, they instantly started to be compared with B.A.P, as B.A.P uses a masked rabbit (aka matto) wearing a mask as their mascot.  

B.A.P’s matto symbolizes the members, who come from a castle where rabbits live. B.A.P’s fans adore this symbol. The boys of B.A.P. have previousy stated that there was a secret meaning behind matto on Soompi’s exclusive interview. Check it out here!

VIXX’s agency Jelly Fish Entertainment avoided any questions regarding their robot mascot and its resemblance to B.A.P’s Matto. They only commented, “We do not even have a name for the robot, yet.” 
VIXX will debut on May 25. The members, Leo, Ken, Ravi, N, Hong Bin, and Hyuk were previously introduced on Mnet reality program “Mydol.” They are garnering much attention from the public even before their debut, as VIXX is the first idol group produced by Jelly Fish Entertainment, known as the home of famous vocalists like Sung Si Kyung, Park Hyo Shin, Brian, and Seo In Gook.
